If your gel polish chips within 7 days of service you are welcome to call and schedule an appointment to have the gel polish repaired at no cost to you. All we ask is that you call within the 7-day period.
We highly recommend scheduling appointments. Walk-ins will be accepted if we have cancellations or availability. Please have the courtesy to call if you are running late or unable to come. There is a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you do not call to notify us that you will be late your appointment will be lost.
Soho Nail Spa gift cards can be purchased by coming into the salon. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Soho Nail Spa is available for private parties and special events. A $10 deposit is required for each person booking and will be applied to services rendered. A 24hr notice of cancellation or any changes to your appointment is required. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. For inquiries please contact us at: email@example.com.

Your appointments are very important to the team members of Soho Nail Spa. It is reserved especially for you. We understand sometimes adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request 24-hour notice if you are unable to make your appointment. Appointments changed or canceled less than 2 hours prior to service will be considered a “NO SHOW”
After 3 NO-SHOWS we will require a credit card number in order to schedule any future appointments. If you miss a scheduled appointment or do not give proper notice your card will be charged for the full amount of the service.
SOHO NAILS CARY SAFETY PRECAUTIONS GUIDELINE
Please take a moment to review our salon guidelines below before visiting our salon to ensure everyone’s safety:
1. Walk-ins are always welcome, but any customer with appointment will be given priority. Online appointment or call ahead before heading to our salon is recommended due to the limited 50% occupancy allowance (maximum 10 customers inside the salon at a time).
2. Masks are mandatory to enter the salon, and should be worn the entire time of services. Mask will be provided if you don’t have one.
3. Your temperature will be taken with a contactless thermometer. Please reschedule your appointment if you’re not feeling well.
4. Once you enter the salon with mask on and a satisfactory temperature check. You will be asked to sign in and wash your hand for 20 seconds before service.
5. Social Distance should be practiced all time at the salon. Customers will be set up to sit at least 6ft apart from one another.
6. Hand sanitizers are put at many places in the salon, you are more than welcome to use it anytime.
