GEL POLISH GUARANTEE
If your gel polish chips are within 7 days of service you are welcome to call and schedule an appointment to have the gel polish repaired at no cost to you. All we ask is that you call within the 7-day period.
PRIVATE PARTIES AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Soho Nail Spa is available for private parties and special events. A $10 deposit is required for each person booking and will be applied to services rendered. A 24hr notice of cancellation or any changes to your appointment is required. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. For inquiries please contact us at: sohocary@gmail.com.
SOHO NAIL SPA CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to the team members of Soho Nail Spa. It is reserved especially for you. We understand sometimes adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request 24-hour notice if you are unable to make your appointment. Appointments changed or canceled less than 2 hours prior to service will be considered a “NO SHOW”
After 3 NO-SHOWS we will require a credit card number in order to schedule any future appointments. If you miss a scheduled appointment or do not give proper notice your card will be charged for the full amount of the service.
GIFT CARDS
Soho Nail Spa gift cards can be purchased by coming into the salon. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
When making appointments please let us know if you have any health conditions, allergies, or injuries.
APPOINTMENTS
We highly recommend scheduling appointments. Walk-ins will be accepted if we have cancellations or availability. Please have the courtesy to call if you are running late or unable to come. There is a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you do not call to notify us that you will be late your appointment will be lost.
